Schuler vs. PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP
On February 12, 2008 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that a PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) employee can proceed with an age discrimination lawsuit for his nonpromotion to partnership.
