Rose & Rose, P.C. is a small firm that provides top quality legal representation. We are committed to two things. First, a small firm – this small firm -- can achieve big results. Second, we treat our clients as we would want to be treated if we were clients.
We have fought large corporations and government agencies and won. We have stuck with strong cases, no matter how much time and effort it has taken to resolve them. Our clients are individuals, groups and organizations. We represent them in federal and state court trials, appeals, arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings.

"Proud To Represent Employees, Consumers, and the Public Interest Since 1987 ."
We regularly bring cases under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Equal Pay Act, the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, and other state and local human rights laws, as well as consumer protection, contract and tort law.

Our office is in Washington, D.C. but we frequently work with other lawyers throughout the country on class actions and other large cases.
