Earlene Rosenberg joined Rose & Rose, P.C. in September, 2006. Ms. Rosenberg is a graduate of Emmanuel College, in Boston, MA with Honors. She has a Master's Degree from Duke University's Divinity School where she studied classical Hebrew. She earned her law degree at UDC David A. Clarke School of Law which was previously Antioch School of Law. While in law school Ms. Rosenberg won the "Fire in the Belly Award" in the Housing and Consumer Law Clinic for her work in representing Complainants in an administrative hearing in which the Complainants won the largest judgment in the law school's history. While in this clinic she earned the law school's record for the most cross-examinations ever conducted by a clinical student. Ms. Rosenberg clerked for the Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons and for the United Nations Environmental Programme. During college Ms. Rosenberg was a two sport athlete.

Ms. Rosenberg taught Hebrew, English, World History and American History before attending law school. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two dogs.
